Do you deliver training in person or just online?
Both. Most of our training is delivered virtually — it's flexible and easy to schedule. But we travel across the UK when face-to-face makes more sense for your team.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK?
Our focus is UK-based organisations, but we're open to conversations with international teams if the fit is right. Get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
Who will we actually be working with?
You'll work directly with James or Chris - not a rotating cast of consultants. We're a small team by design, which means you get consistency and people who genuinely know your situation.
How does pricing work?
Training can be booked flexibly or as part of an annual retainer - retainers make sense if you know you'll need us regularly, and the rates reflect that commitment. Solution projects are fixed-fee based on scope. We'll always be upfront about costs before anything starts.
