Training Booking Portal

When your employer books you onto IQIT training, we receive your name and work email address from them and use it to send you a verification code, confirm your booking, and add you to the Teams calendar invite. This information is held in Microsoft Dataverse and Microsoft 365 in Microsoft’s European data centres and deleted 24 months after the end of the training programme, unless your employer instructs us otherwise. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the sign-in form. Your employer is the data controller for this information and we process it on their instructions. The portal is hosted on Webflow Cloud.

Who we share your data with

We may share your information with:

• Google — for website analytics (anonymised usage data)
• Microsoft — for website analytics via Microsoft Clarity (anonymised usage data)
• Our website hosting provider — to deliver and maintain the website

We do not share your personal contact information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
