This is smaller than our standard training sessions because the data loading phase requires individual attention and every attendee works with their own site throughout. Yes. The workshop is designed for marketing teams who are not SEO specialists. You do not need to understand keyword difficulty scores or technical SEO before you arrive. We cover what each piece of data means as we work through it, and the AI does the heavy analytical lifting. Basic familiarity with your own website content is all that is required.
No. The keyword research, content planning and writing workflow works with any website. The live publishing demo uses Webflow via MCP integration, but if your site is on WordPress, HubSpot, Squarespace or another platform, you will export the finished content and publish it manually. The workflow itself is identical regardless of your CMS.
We send a prep guide before the session covering exactly what to export and how. You will need a Google Search Console export covering the last 12 months, a handful of your published blog posts or website pages and a keyword export from your SEO tool if you have one. We keep the setup simple so nobody arrives on the day without what they need.
Any of the main AI tools work: ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot. You do not need a specific platform. If your organisation already has Microsoft 365 Copilot licences, you can use those. If not, a ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription is sufficient. We will confirm which tool you plan to use before the session so we can tailor any tool-specific guidance.
No. Google Search Console is free and is the only tool you must have. A paid SEO platform like Semrush, Ahrefs or Moz adds the competitor intelligence layer and gives you keyword discovery data your own site cannot provide, but it is not a requirement. Attendees with only Search Console data will still get significant value from the session.
Every participant receives training materials and reference guides to use after the session. For virtual sessions, you receive a recording of the training that your organisation can access for one year. We are also available for follow-up questions to make sure the learning sticks and people can apply what they have learned to their real work.

We also offer 90-minute sessions and 75-minute bitesize sessions for teams who prefer shorter, more frequent learning. Both. Most of our training is delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, which is flexible, easy to schedule and can be recorded for anyone who misses a session. We also travel across the UK for in-person delivery when face-to-face makes more sense for your team. We will figure out what works best during your discovery call.
