You load your Search Console data, your SEO tool export and your existing blog posts into the AI, giving it everything it needs to act as an informed strategist rather than a generic one. By the end of this module the AI knows your site, your audience, your writing style and your gaps. Every output from this point is specific to your business, not a generic template.
With full context loaded, you prompt the AI to produce a prioritised keyword opportunity list, a quick wins audit of your existing content and a 3-month content calendar. For each piece in the calendar you get a working title, primary keyword, recommended H2 structure, suggested word count and internal linking opportunities. This is the brief your agency was charging you for.
Take one item from your new content calendar, write the full piece using the AI and publish it to your live website before the session ends. This is the moment the workflow becomes real. Your team sees the full loop from keyword to published content happen in front of them, with their own site and their own topic.

Before the session we send a short setup guide covering how to export your Search Console data, pull your SEO tool report and gather your recent blog posts. The session uses your real site and real keywords throughout. There are no generic examples.
