Practical AI training designed for sales professionals. We help your team use Microsoft 365 Copilot to prepare for meetings faster, manage pipelines more efficiently, communicate with prospects and clients clearly and spend less time on admin that takes them away from selling.

Sales teams live in a cycle of meetings, follow-ups, proposals, pipeline updates and internal reporting. The actual selling part, the conversations, the relationship building, the deal progression, gets squeezed by the admin that surrounds it.
Preparing for a client call means trawling through email threads, checking CRM notes, reviewing the last meeting summary and pulling together what was discussed three weeks ago. Writing a follow-up proposal means starting from scratch or hunting for the last one that was roughly similar. Updating the pipeline means logging into the CRM and manually entering what happened. Reporting to leadership means compiling numbers that should already be available.
These tasks are not difficult but they consume hours every week that your team could be spending on revenue-generating activity. Microsoft 365 Copilot handles this kind of structured, repetitive knowledge work well, but only if your team knows how to use it properly.
The problem is that most sales teams are action-oriented and time-poor. They will not sit through generic AI training and they will not adopt a tool that does not immediately make their day easier. Without training that connects Copilot to the tasks they actually do every day, the licences sit unused and the manual work continues.
Before a client meeting or prospect call, Copilot pulls together a summary of all recent correspondence, meeting notes, shared documents and Teams conversations related to that account. Your team walks into every meeting fully briefed without spending 30 minutes manually reviewing their inbox and files. For salespeople managing 20+ active opportunities simultaneously, this is where the daily time saving is most noticeable.
After a meeting, Copilot drafts follow-up emails that reference what was actually discussed, pulling from the Teams meeting transcript and notes. It drafts proposals using previous examples and organisational templates, producing consistent, professional output that your team edits and personalises rather than writes from scratch every time. The gap between meeting and follow-up shrinks from days to hours.
Sales teams deal with high volumes of email from prospects, clients, internal stakeholders and partners. Copilot summarises long email threads, drafts replies in the right tone, catches your team up on conversations they missed while they were in back-to-back meetings and flags what needs attention first. For teams juggling multiple deals at different stages, this keeps nothing falling through the cracks.
Copilot in Excel helps your team analyse pipeline data, compare performance across periods, identify trends in win rates and generate the commentary that accompanies sales reports. Instead of spending Friday afternoon compiling numbers for the weekly forecast, your team describes what they need and Copilot builds the analysis. Leadership gets better data faster and your team gets their Friday back.
After client calls and internal meetings, Copilot in Teams generates structured summaries with action items, decisions and next steps from the recording. No more relying on the salesperson who was supposed to update the CRM but got pulled into another call. The meeting notes are there, the actions are captured and accountability is clear.
Before pitching against a competitor or entering a new account, Copilot helps your team pull together research, summarise relevant documents, draft talking points and prepare objection-handling notes. For teams operating in competitive markets where preparation makes the difference between winning and losing, having an AI assistant that can synthesise information quickly is a genuine advantage.
IQIT helped us shape a discovery session for Copilot across Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and PowerPoint, and worked with us to improve our engagement-letter templates and onboarding flows. They took the time to understand how our firm actually operates rather than delivering something generic, and the sessions were practical and relevant to what our staff deal with day to day. The approach was collaborative, tailored to our systems and delivered at a pace that worked for the team.
"IQIT supported us across multiple projects, from structuring our SharePoint environment and building our CRM and origination solution through to automating workflows and developing custom Excel tools for invoice reconciliation. They were responsive, practical and kept momentum throughout. What stood out was how well they understood our actual processes, not just the technology."
"The training exceeded my expectations. It was interactive, informative, and very relevant to my role. I particularly liked the focus on collaboration tools and how they can streamline our processes."
Absolutely cracking stuff, pitched at the right level and expertly carried out. I'd much rather have this "go-with it" approach than rigidly stick to an agenda where people get lost off and the benefit of the training is reduced as a result.
Sales teams handle commercially sensitive information every day: pricing, pipeline data, client correspondence, contract details and competitive intelligence. Microsoft 365 Copilot operates within your organisation's existing security boundary, respecting the permissions already in place. It does not send data to external systems or expose client information outside your tenant.
Our training covers responsible AI use as standard. Your team learns what Copilot can and cannot see, how to handle sensitive information in prompts and why reviewing AI-generated content before it reaches a client is non-negotiable. In a sales context, a poorly worded email or an inaccurate proposal can cost you a deal. We build the habit of checking everything before it goes out.
We do not deliver generic AI training with sales examples added at the end. We build the entire session around the work your team does every day, using scenarios from pipeline management, client communication, meeting preparation and sales reporting.
Our Copilot training follows a structured pathway that builds skills progressively:
We also build custom automation solutions for sales teams, including automated lead routing, follow-up reminders, proposal generation workflows and reporting automations that remove manual steps from your sales operations.
We tailor Copilot training for sales teams around the tasks that take them away from selling: preparing for client meetings, drafting follow-up emails and proposals, managing pipeline reporting, summarising long email threads and generating meeting notes with action items. Every example is built around pipeline management, client communication and CRM workflows rather than generic business tasks.
Microsoft 365 Copilot operates within your firm's existing security boundary. It respects the permissions already in place, does not send data to external systems and prompts are not used to train AI models. Our training covers responsible use so your team understands exactly what Copilot can and cannot access.
Yes. Our training is designed for company-wide rollout. The Copilot pathway (Essentials, In Practice, Agents) means everyone starts together and progresses at the right pace for their role. For Microsoft 365 training, we adapt each session to the group's skill level. You do not need to run ten different courses for ten different teams. We handle the tailoring so your whole organisation benefits.
Absolutely. Our training is designed for the people who use the tools every day, not IT teams or developers. If your staff can send an email, they can do our courses. We adapt to every skill level and never assume technical knowledge. That is what makes company-wide rollouts work.
Every participant receives training materials and reference guides to use after the session. For virtual sessions, you receive a recording of the training that your organisation can access for one year. We are also available for follow-up questions to make sure the learning sticks and people can apply what they have learned to their real work.
Every session is built from scratch for your organisation. We start with a discovery conversation to understand your team's skill levels, daily workflows and specific challenges. That shapes the content, examples and pace. We adapt to every skill level so you can roll training out company-wide without leaving anyone behind or holding anyone back. You work directly with the people who deliver the training, not account managers or subcontractors.
Not necessarily. Copilot Essentials is designed for all staff regardless of licence level, including those using the free version of Copilot. For Copilot in Practice and Copilot Agents, attendees need a premium Microsoft 365 Copilot licence to access the features covered in those sessions. If you are unsure about your current licensing, we can help you figure that out.
Most of our sessions are two hours, which we find is the best length for focused, practical learning without fatigue. We also offer 90-minute sessions and 75-minute bitesize sessions for teams who prefer shorter, more frequent learning. Session length is flexible and depends on what works for your team and the content being covered.
Both. Most of our training is delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, which is flexible, easy to schedule and can be recorded for anyone who misses a session. We also travel across the UK for in-person delivery when face-to-face makes more sense for your team. We will figure out what works best during your discovery call.
For virtual sessions, we recommend a maximum of 8 attendees for the best experience. This keeps the session interactive and means everyone gets individual attention. For in-person sessions, we recommend up to 12 attendees. We can be flexible if needed, but we genuinely believe smaller groups produce better outcomes and stronger adoption.
